“Faith Hill stepped into the toughest Project Runway guest judging seat of the season -- the finale, which made her a deciding voice in naming the winner,” said ‘Runway’ Executive Producer Sara Rea.  “She took on the task with flying colors. Faith was invested and took the job seriously. She gave constructive, relevant criticism and had a strong point of view. We really enjoyed having her.”

As part of her duties, she attended the finale fashion show on Friday, February 12th, along with Project Runway host Heidi Klum and judges Michael Kors and Nina Garcia, who all furiously scribbled notes on each garment as a hundred models walked down the runway.

Faith said, “What I saw was truly extraordinary and it made judging very difficult. All of the designers were creative and imaginative.  But there were some whose craftsmanship was impeccable. The passion that these individuals showed, and their eagerness to learn from feedback and criticism, should prove an inspiration for those that follow them.“

Hill returned to Nashville following the taping to continue work on her forthcoming studio recording.

 SPEAKING OF TAYLOR....

AN OLYMPIC SKIER WANTS TO DATE HER...

Access Hollywood reports that Olympic alpine skier Will Brandenburg would like to date Taylor Swift.

"Taylor Swift, will you be my Valentine?" the first-time Olympian asked on MTV News' cameras this week while in Whistler to compete at the 2010 Winter Olympics.

Access Hollywood caught up with Brandenburg, who toldAccess he was still waiting to hear from the singer, who's currently on a world tour.

"I've heard nothing about it," he laughed. "No response yet. I don't know if I'll get one, either.... she's a nice a girl so if she wants to go on a date, we'll go on a date," he said.

JIMMY WAYNE STILL WALKING TWO STATES WITH FOUR TO GO

Jimmy Wayne began his walk halfway across America on January 1, 2010, and last night at 7:12 pm CT, crossed the state line from Arkansas into Oklahoma.  The Country star has logged 530 miles of the approximately 1700-mile walk for the initiative he named Meet Me Halfway. Wayne’s Meet Me Halfway campaign is designed to raise awareness of homeless teens and young adults who age out of the foster care system. (www.meetmehalfway/jimmywayne.com

The endeavor has taken some interesting twists and turns along the way, including the unusually high number of snow and ice storms the artist has encountered, as well as temperatures that have been the coldest in decades.  But according to Wayne, the people he has met along the way have more than made up for the unpleasant weather conditions.

“Walking through the small towns and farmlands in Tennessee and Arkansas has been one of the greatest experiences of my life,” Wayne said.
